Mental Health Services
Individual Counseling
These sessions involve just you and the counselor. Your past, your goals, and your story are the focus of these sessions. Whether you are looking for healing from past traumas or tools for future stresses, these counseling sessions are all about you.
Couple's Counseling
These sessions involve you and your spouse or partner. Together with the counselor, you will work to address trust, communication, and conflict resolution. These sessions are meant to increase mutual love and respect, improving intimacy.
Group Counseling
Group sessions are held by one or more counselors with 5 or more group members. Together, in a safe and non-judgmental social environment, we strive toward common goals and heal with and through one another. To see current and upcoming group counseling series, click below!
Parent Meetings
For minor clients, especially adolescents, privacy is incredibly important to felt safety in the counseling room, but so is having a united front toward their mental wellness. Throughout the process of treating your child, communication between counselor and parent can help to create an environment for healing beyond the walls of the counseling room. In these sessions, parents are given resources, feedback, and space to keep striving toward the wellness goals for your child. All initial sessions for a minor client must be booked as a parent meeting, prior to scheduling with the counselor and child directly.
